I have enjoyed working in healthcare for the past sixteen years, the last twelve at Kaiser Permanente in northern California. I have worked in departments related to medical coding, process improvement, and compliance, and have been fortunate to train new employees in those fields. My education is focused on health science and health education. Part of Kaiser Permanente's mission is to improve the health of their members, and this is also my passion and the reason I chose health science and health education as focus.
