As Account Coordinator, I now had the responsibility of reaching out to potential leads in order to guide them towards being clients of ours, as well as to clients from whom communication had dipped or been lost. Along with this, I sent out reports to our clients about their digital advertising accounts that featured what successes we had seen and what improvements could be made.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

In October, I was promoted to the position of Staff Accountant, which featured new responsibilities along with wage and time increases. As Staff Accountant, I was now responsible for processing and filing all tax related items, both quarterly and annually. On top of this, I was also responsible for generating and delivering weekly reports on finances of the company, including forecasting for the next two weeks to our CEO, COO, and President.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

At Stoker Creative, I started with the tasks of keeping Accounts Payable and Receivable accurate and up-to-date, processing payroll biweekly for the entire company, reconciling bank and credit accounts at the end of every month, and corresponding with our clients and vendors when it came to invoicing and bills. Along with this, I was also tasked with digitizing our physical documents onto our server, and taking inventory of our unused items and reselling them to free up storage space.
