ACTED is a French organization with offices in 30 countries. The Sri Lanka office focuses on post-conflict recovery and resettlement in former Tamil Tiger (LTTE) zones.- Led high-level meetings of 59 Mullaitivu government offices over a 6-month period to gather data on social service provisions and improve government accountability.- Conducted Participatory Rural Appeals (PRAs) across 15 communities and co-produced development plans with stakeholders.- Developed, wrote and oversaw translation of a 100-page handbook on government services available to civil society organizations and local beneficiary communities.
