Helping lead and grow the operations team at Swell CX, which includes providing the automation, data analysis and entry for: customer success, finance, sales, marketing and other teams. Currently helping lead operations for a business of over 90 employees, operating with over $10 Million in revenue, and over 4,000 unique clientele.

Helped lead two separate teams of young men to 1 NCAA tournament birth, and 1 NIT tournament quarterfinals. Facilitated the day to day operations of the program which included managing difficult schedules; aiding in the budget appointed by the University; developing young men into prominent athletes, students, and adults; assisting coaching staff in film breakdown, game plan execution, and game-time analytics; and providing insightful ideas based on my data analysis.

Working for the Brigham Young Men's basketball team's annual summer youth camp.Coach and counsel young men/women on the game of basketball, to later be used in life.Ensured children safety and committed to an overall enjoyable experience.Provided quality experience for over 1,000 children whom attended the camp.Revealed necessary feedback to over 20+ young athletes whom I coached throughout the weeks.

Coordinating and running public city events that included "Go 4th" which had an attendance of over 30,000.Cleaning and maintaining public-use areas that average well above 100 uses per day.Maintaining and analyzing park safety use.
