Current| Core IT Services |Remote Monitoring & Management: Proactively maintaining endpoint health and performance through remote monitoring and management, providing remote support to employees regardless of location, monitoring hardware health, and silently deploying OS updates.Hardware & Software Deployment: Streamline endpoint provisioning by supplying and configuring company laptops for all employees, including necessary peripherals for branch offices. Efficiently deploy software packages to all devices.Network Administration: Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity across all branches by installing, configuring, securing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure.| End-User Support |Service Desk & User Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees through a centralized service desk, resolving day-to-day IT issues, offering technical guidance, and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.| Cybersecurity |Employee Security Awareness: Conduct regular attack simulation training and security awareness initiatives to educate employees on identifying and mitigating potential threats, including phishing and malware attacks.Threat Protection & Response: Deploy comprehensive endpoint protection and network security solutions, including Arctic Wolf security appliances, to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats.
