I am an EADP graduate from The University of North Texas and I’m currently working for Collin County Emergency Management.While attending UNT, I was an intern with Rockwall County OEM and gained valuable experience under their leadership which has helped get to me where I am today. After my graduation, I spent a little under a year at Cura Emergency Services working in hazmat remediation through subcontracting. I then moved on to Collin County Health Care Services as a PHEP Specialist. I was promoted after 6 months to PHEP Planner and remained in that position for over a year. In November of 2023, I became the Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator for Collin County.I am very eager to continue to gain valuable experience in my career and see where things take me in the EM world.
