Worked at Chuck E Cheeses were I started as a server and later was train on cashier, cook, host, and game room attendant. I was promoted to Trainer and a year later as an assistant game room attendant manager. 2007 I worked for Starbucks for seven years starting as a Barista, promoted to Trainer, and finally ended as a Shift Supervisor for my last four years. During my time there I earn the title Coffee Master and was rewarded Employee of the Month twice. 2014 got the opportunity to work at Apple for four years as an At Home Adviser where my role was to answer calls and run troubleshooting for every Apple products including Apple ID security. In my four years there I have ran three one-to-one meetings with my peers, develop a website for my team, and was rewarded Apple Care Excellency Award twice in 2016 and 2017 base by my high numbers. I have attended Arizona State University between 2013 to 2019 where I studied engineering management.
