I am a first-year student at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in accounting. I'm passionate in collaboration, volunteering, and business. I demonstrated these strengths in a multitude of ways, whether it be the plethora of clubs I joined in high school, or the Sherriff's award for community service I received, or being a pivotal member of Carl Sandburg's investment club. In these positions, I worked with special needs children in day to day activities, including exercise and learning activities. In a club of 150+ members, I managed to win the annual investment simulation challenge twice, highlighting my expertise in finance.As a freshman, I've continued to excel both academically and involvement-wise. From organizing events for the Hellenic Student Association, or maintaining a high GPA through a rigorous schoolyear, I've certainly made my presence felt at IU.I'm among the mindset that anything you put my your mind and your time to, you can achieve. I've applied this to overcome any obstacle that stands in my way. I will use my experience to empower and enhance the community around me, pursuing continued excellence in any business operations.
