Responsible for all aspects of training, developing and ramping technical recruiters in the Atlanta, Georgia market. Establish and maintain relationships with Technology professionals. Partner with the Delivery Team to help identify, source and interview. Facilitate career counseling, staffing, and negotiations of salary and offer letters, placement, and placement quality assurance for both client and candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing requirements, source and prescreen candidates, negotiate and prepare salary offers and candidate closeout, as well as manage applicant flow.
