Evan is a founding partner of D&A Companies after its formation in 2018. We are a team of real estate, architecture, and construction professionals who believe in the importance of alluring, inspiring, and special places. We leverage our expertise and passion to deliver valuable projects for our partners, clients, and communities through the art of design and the business of real estate development.

Evan joined Tamarkin Co. in 2011. As a project manager, he was tasked with various design and development roles for projects such as the highly acclaimed 508 West 24th Street and 10 Sullivan Street. As a member of the real estate group, he was active in deal sourcing, underwriting, and day-to-day management of the development projects. He was involved with securing several new developments, such as 550 West 29th Street and 555 West End Avenue, which achieved record-setting condo sales for the Upper West Side. In 2016 Evan became Director of Development overseeing development, marketing and sales.
