Undertaking a years study at the Royal College of Defence Studies in London.

Commander responsible for the Army's initial officer and soldier training, individual skills, trade and promotion training and for the training of the combat element of the NZ Army Reserve. Individual training provides the foundation for collective training to enable force elements for operational service.

Director of Officer Career Management for the NZ Army. Managed over 1000 Full and Part-time Officers' Career.
