I have worked as an Advent Health nightshift Patient Transporter for around six months. I provide fast delivery of patients from the ED or their rooms or to their scheduled tests such as CT, MRI, US, XR, and many others. I also bring them to the front lobby whenever they check out. I’m well versed in all manner of transport hospital vehicles, operating patients beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs. I regularly do equipment calls to help declutter hallways of said equipment or help give patients the things they need such as bed extenders for their legs. I also deliver charts so that the nurses and doctors know the specifics of what their patient is there for.Along with my normal tasks I also go above and beyond to give my best customer service possible, engaging in rich and thoughtful conversations with patients, making them feel at home and in good hands.Transports the patients in record time, clocking in at around seven minutes or less.Can work overnight, twelve hours per shift, three days in a row every week.Outstanding customer satisfaction rating, above most patient transporters.Regularly achieves 100% ticket to ride patient information, sending into the company database, as well as scanning of their barcode wristbands, making sure they are the correct patient being brought to their intended location. I have worked as a Publix retail worker and cashier for two years. I provide excellent customer service, encouraging people to return to the store. I often answer questions and help direct customers to what they are looking for. I also collect carts, clean parts of the store I'm assigned to for the day and maintain a kind welcoming attitude to guests. When cashiering I scan items the customers are buying and notify them of deals they potentially missed out on or recommend items that would interest them.Maintains a high customer satisfaction rating, above company average. Regularly sold customers on branded food items, generating extra revenue. Often raises substantially more money for fund raisers sponsored by Publix than other cashiers.Aside from customer service I also engage in other departments such as the bakery, dairy, or grocery giving me a better understanding of how the Publix stores function on a broader level.

I was offered a great opportunity by Full Sail University to design a 3D character model for the Game Art division of the school. This 3D model of the character would be shown to the students who attend Full Sail the level work that they should be able to attain at the college. It would set a standard of quality for all students who want to be able to design and model characters.

I was given an opportunity by Sean B Sookdeo, current president of the Rotary International Lake Nona branch, to redesign the Rotary Opens Opportunities three doors logo. I created four high quality and unique versions of the logo, implementing a minimalist style to give it a more modern aesthetic.Sean continues to use these logos for private investor meetings.

In both high school and part of college I did other work for local town bands, skateboard companies and book covers.
