Raised equity financing. Utilized an unconventional strategy & a proprietary data analytic program to lease over 2,000 net acres in Caddo County, Oklahoma without paying lease bonus. Offered increased royalty as consideration in exchange for the right to represent the mineral owners and force lessees to release leases that were arguably not held by production (non-hbp). Mitigated the risk of a title suit and litigation by negotiating with an oil and gas law firm to defend the company on contingency. Maintained an ~85% conversion rate for lessors. Was able to divest a percentage of the acreage for a large multiple. Divested 10% of acquired leasehold in Feb 2010 for a 243.23% return over 28 months.
