Current• Developing and maintaining a communications strategy in support of the organization's values and mission• Drafting, editing and scheduling weekly email campaigns• Designing and implementing social media strategies• Maintaining the organization of a content calendar for multiple platforms• Copywriting for a variety of scopes and projects including long-form print content and short-form social media copy• Designing, developing and maintaining a website• Formatting pre-existing media and written copy for multi-platform use• Working collaboratively cross-organization with departments and teams• Updating and upholding Brand Standards to ensure brand consistency in both visual and written messaging, including drafting policy for Communications and Brand best practices.• Leveraging paid ad space and analyzing metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.• Staying up to date on design and marketing trends• Planning and developing creative content in support of larger marketing plans and initiatives• Coaching and team management, recruiting and training, including overseeing seasonal employees
