CMG- Federal Disclosure Representative (FDR) Federal Disclosure Officer trained arbiter. I decided whether we should share DIA products with other countries. I wrote justifications and approved what is shareable with international partners. Interagency collaboration on what intelligence should or should not be shared with partner countries. Collaboration involved debate of the precise details of what our allies need to know and what intelligence it is appropriate to share with them. Decisions were made cooperatively. Coordinated between members of the intelligence community (IC) on a personal and daily basis. Worked with CIA, NSA, NGA, NGIC, and other members of the IC manipulating the language of intelligence products to lower classifications to maximize DIA integration with international intelligence partners. Obtained military and IC Agency approvals required for the release of intelligence. Wrote individual justifications defending the need to releasability of intelligence products. Finalized intelligence was then sent to DIA liaisons in other countries to be briefed to host nation officials. Played a key role in the development and establishment of the new Dissemination Cell. Provided in-depth guidance to novice analysts who joined our team with significantly less experience than me, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Contributed significantly to finalizing DISSEM Cell’s SOP, addressing gaps and improving product completion processes. Focus on institutional knowledge for long-term optimization. Proactively engaged in conflict resolution to resolve misunderstandings between teams.
