I am responsible for doing a variety of things such as answering phone calls from prospective students/family, planning campus tours and information sessions for potential students, as well as working with the Sling and Slate platforms to communicate with tour guides. Much of my day is spent talking to people face to face, giving them information about Ball State University as well as resolving issues for people who have them.

I was the Public Relations and Communications Intern for the Community Foundation of Boone County where I was responsible for drafting press releases and social media posts for the foundation. I also spent a good amount of time in the community interacting with the residents of Boone County.
