On board USS Maryland (SSBN-738), I led and supervised a successful engineering/ navigation watchteam executing strategic deterrent patrols.Quality Assurance Officer • Awarded by Naval Submarine Support Center (NSSC) as the most highly improved quality assurance program out of 7 based submarines resulting in an above standards evaluation for the 2021 Quality Assurance Assessment.• Oversaw completion of $60M+ of controlled work packages certifying SUBSAFE materials essential to maintaining safety of ship during underway periods.• Created and implemented a rigorous annual training plan for over 120 personnel onboard designed to improve worksite safety.Information Security Systems Manager• Led 7-man division overseeing repairs to information systems required to maintain operational security posture leading to a satisfactory evaluation for the 2020 Cybersecurity Assessment.• Coordinated with Huntington Ingalls Industries' representatives to incorporate a $30M budget in the overhaul and replacement of the former SUBLAN system with the CANES upgrade enhancing network security. Main Propulsion Assistant • Directed 15-man division in operation, maintenance, and repair of vital propulsion plant machinery equipment in support of nation's strategic deterrence mission.• Managed and mentored 10-man watch-team during complex integrated reactor plant operations leading to an at standards assessment for the 2019 Operational Reactor Safeguards Examination.

Provided administrative and logistical support for the Holy Cross NROTC unit staff to include preparation for the New Student Orientation (NSO) and arranging interviews with prospective students.

Project GO is a scholarship offered to ROTC students who are interested in studying a language deemed critical by the State Department. I had the opportunity to continue developing my Russian language skills by traveling to the Republic of Georgia and immersing myself in a unique culture.

I conducted physics research with Professor Shertzer that introduced me into the field of quantum mechanics.
