Responsible for:• Leading teams for Meta’s Trust and Safety product integrity organization to launch and scale quality operations across Meta owned Apps. • Owning the strategic roadmap and process to enable end-to-end product development and reduce risk from launch to maturity for safe and secure products.• Improving and managing global quality and accuracy of detection and decision making.• Ensuring site and system operational readiness, regulatory compliance (i.e. DSA) and the enablement for policy content moderation across products in Facebook, Instagram & Messenger.• Strategize scaling user experience that minimize bad experiences for Meta’s users and improve quality of enforcement and user reporting. Including improving accuracy measurements and AI detection tooling.

I owned end-to-end candidate experience operations across 6+ business lines incorporating operational efficiency processes and tooling. Key Accomplishments:• Owned cross functional tooling roadmaps with R&D leadership to automate operations which led to Pacific Northwest growth from 600 to ~7,000 employees in a 3-year span.• Enabled automated scheduling from manual processing. Improving E2E candidate experience and interview lifecycle to 2 days from 4+ weeks.• Owned net-new strategic operations to install new automations and business groups into operations that allowed Meta to effectively hire top diverse industry talent.
