• Manage Large and Small scale projects for a range of Innomark’s clients• Collaborate as the liaison between the client, sales, and production to hit key deliverables of production, finishing, kit packing, shipping, and fulfillment of client’s orders.

• Direct and coordinate activities concerned with the operation of customer service within the company guidelines and policies. Ensure both the client Key Performance Indicators and SR expectations are met.• Devlopment of Standard Register's Web to Print Customer Service Model• Coaches and develops team members in all areas of performance including but not limited to quality, quantity, productivity and attendance.• Direct and coordinate activities concerned with the operation of customer service within the company guidelines and policies.
