Responsibilities of this position included but were not limited to:• Overseeing all incoming data for our clients nationwide related to underground storage tanks ensuring environmental compliance• Implementing immediate compliance assistance and emergency spill response to over 200 sites throughout the West and Midwest• Assigning and tracking multiple subcontractors regarding concurrent compliance tasks such as annual testing, insurance & regulatory inspections and new store openings in CO, IA, MN, MT, ND, and SD• Facilitating communication with state regulatory agencies, insurance policy holders, convenience store managers, and client's corporate staff responding to notices of violations and bringing them to completion• Accurately and precisely maintaining up to date information on all activities in company database, electronically filing all correspondence, tests, and documentation
