• Database management: Maintain and update logs on attestation, trade disputes, redundancies and labour migration.• Administrative support: Assist with tasks such as typing, mailing, answering calls from the public and maintaining contact databases for Labour Officers.• Receiving, verifying and directing complaints to the relevant officers for action.• Basic research tasks: With guidance from the officers, carry out desk research on specific issues, monitor newspapers and developments and share findings with the teams.• Registration of trade disputes and maintaining dispute registers• Assisting in conciliation of trade disputes.
