It is well known for outdoor festivals throughout the year, has a total revenue of approximately $28M/year, and employs approximately 350 team members.

Pennsylvania

Metro Diner is a restaurant concept out of Jacksonville, FL, owned by ConSul Hospitality Group. We have been opening diners in several states throughout the country since 2015. We are a made from scratch restaurant, making everything to order in an open kitchen. As Joint Venture Operating Partner I invest in, and oversee, the operations for each restaurant. This includes, but not limited to the following:- Opening restaurants in the Pennsylvania region.- Collaborate with home office personnel on permits, construction plans, bids, overall timelines, punch lists, and health departments.- Hiring all managing partners and managers, and manage restaurants through the teams in place.- Direct training restaurants in multiple areas throughout the state to maintain proper training for managers in future openings. - Responsible for all P&Ls, people development, food safety and sanitation, local contracts, sales building, and productivity.- Facilitate all area meetings, and develop managers to conduct portions for their future growth and opportunity. - Ensure proper training and staffing levels are in place for each restaurant at all times.- Market restaurants by setting up TV spots, and other local marketing community outreach events to help build business and give back to the community.

Willow Grove, Pa

Grub Burger Bar is an upscale fast casual restaurant providing quality food made from scratch, and a bar with many unique beverages to choose from. Dough is made fresh every morning, buns baked all day long, all proteins ground in-house daily, with all sauces and dressings made in a scratch kitchen. I brought the 8th Grub Burger Bar in the country (1st in the Mid-Atlantic) to Willow Grove, PA from College Station, TX with 2 more in the Philadelphia market the following year. - Started from new construction, and responsible for all hiring, training, and development of staff including managing partners and managers; trained and developed five managing partners and seven managers to effectively staff the restaurant as well as future restaurant openings.- Full P&L management responsibility, while holding each manager accountable for their respective areas. - Oversaw community outreach and grassroots marketing.- Created the first comprehensive To-Go system in the company, generating the highest overall sales at 15%.

Indiana/Southern Illinois

Area Director of Operations for 17 restaurants with years of increased sales, cash flow and customer satisfaction ratings.- Responsible for an area sales volume of $51,000,000 with an average unit volume of $3,000,000.- Increased customer overall satisfaction scores by 2% at a time when the company average dropped 1.5%.- Successfully implemented lunch in five restaurants; increasing average weekly sales by $10k per restaurant without any national advertising.- Promoted multiple hourly to management positions, as well as promotions to managing partner, and managing partner interns ready for multi-unit.- Collaborated with high performers to create a program helping to develop top managing partners by assigning them to struggling restaurants, and people for them to help oversee. Gave them goals, for both people development, and overall restaurant successes.- Improved culture by provoking thought sharing and creating a winning competitive attitude.
