In this position I provide quality assurance for the front end of Aunsight, Aunalytics' webapp. Job responsibilities include writing scripts in Javascript for Cypress to test previously untested sections of the webapp. I would also help manually review new front end features for Aunsight, and write or update Cypress testing for those new features. I would also manually QA new builds of Aunsight before they went into production. If any bugs were found while reviewing new features or new builds, I would be responsible for making a report and then making sure those bugs got fixed.Software/services used to accomplish these tasks include Visual Studio Code, Cypress-io, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Jenkins, Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook), Node.js. Languages include Javascript (writing/reading), JSON (mostly reading, some writing), HTML (reading to target elements for testing).

Bloomington, Indiana Area

In this position I was a tech support consultant for UITS (University Information Technology services) for IU. I provided technical support for IU students and faculty through phone, email, chat, and walk-in. We also provided support for Ivy Tech over phone and email. Providing this support required me to learn how to use a troubleshoot issues with common devices and operating systems, but also with proprietary systems used or made by IU and Ivy Tech. After each contact with a customer, we were required to fill out a detailed ticket for our records and to help other consultants who may have the same issue. During my time at IUTS, I helped several new consultants by letting them shadow me on phones, email, and walk-in and answered any questions they had.

Mishawaka, Indiana

In this position I worked at the meat counter in Fresh Thyme in Mishawaka, IN. The primary role of this job was to serve customers by getting their requested food out of the counter, weighing or pricing it and wrapping it for them to take to the register. I would also answer any questions they had, help make prepared items, and restock the cases. I would often close the counter on my own, which required cleaning the work area and any dishes. I would also often have to clean the case, which required removing all items, cleaning the case, drying it, and replacing everything while helping any customers that came by.

Bloomington, Indiana Area

In this position, I would be put at one of several stations at the Read food court at Indiana University. I primarily made waffles for customers, which could be made with a variety of batters and toppings. I could also be put at a sandwich station, smoothie/coffee station, a burger station, or on clean up. I had to quickly learn how to make a variety of different items, and work with many different coworkers and supervisors. I made time for this part time position while taking a full course load by working nights or weekends.
