My journey at Facebook, now known as Meta, has been a remarkable one filled with continuous growth and accomplishments. I began as a Senior Tech Recruiter, and right from the start, I hit the ground running, consistently surpassing expectations.As my journey evolved, so did my role. I embraced the opportunity to transition into a leadership position, becoming a People Manager. In this capacity, I had the privilege of guiding and inspiring a talented team of Recruiters and Sourcers.
