Evan Conover connects foodservice suppliers to the most exciting foodservice media available, helping brands and agencies brainstorm creative marketing plans that incorporate the latest digital, in-person, and traditional communications platforms including powerfully creative custom content programs. Before becoming a partner at WintergreenMarketing, Evan enjoyed a plethora of food and marketing experiences across the globe. Educated in Foodservice Management at UNLV’s Harrah School of Hospitality Management, Evan flourished as General Manager of a Chicago bar and restaurant, giving him fire-roasted experience into both the culinary and business side of the industry. In addition to numerous American F&B positions, Evan has lived in Asia and the Middle East, relying on his food, marketing, and business background to launch and run several businesses, including a restaurant in southern Israel, a traditional Muay Thai boxing gym in Northern Thailand, a Tiki bar on the Mekong River in Laos, and a web development and marketing firm in Bangkok. The future and being on the pulse has always been central to Evan’s movements. Food is becoming the true center of culture, health, sustainability, the world, and lifestyle, and he thinks every day about what this means to food, products, how people interact, and the current revolution in the foodservice industry.
