Jellyvision is a blossoming software company on the north side of Chicago. We help employees better understand their healthcare options through ALEX, our virtual benefits counselor (check him out below). At Jellyvision, it's my job to juggle dozens of ongoing projects and client relationships, balancing the needs of our internal software developers and production specialists against those of our customers and their employees - all while putting a smile on everyone's face! At any given point there are a hundred tasks to do, but it's great to be at a company small and nimble enough that there's always room for new ideas and ways of approaching problems.

As a member of the Strategy & Campus Development team, I worked on seeking out and acting on opportunities for new Avenues campuses across the world. I helped to organize, manage, and execute the long-term vision of Avenues, as well as work with functional groups across the organization to ensure a unity of purpose when working toward our goals.

- Utilized personal skills to gain votes of fellow students - Used group collaboration skills to plan events with other class officers and members of the high school Senate - Organized all senior class homecoming events, which resulted in the highest participation levels of any class that year - Helped plan graduation ceremony at the end of the school year - Made lifelong friends with other members of the high school student government

- Used personal skills to collaborate with fellow representatives and students who weren't involved in the House - Served as an ambassador to fellow students; informed them of upcoming events and activities that they were welcome to participate in - Raised funds from events for various local and national charities including Meals on Wheels, Ronald McDonald House, etc. - Our largest fundraiser, Carmel Dance Marathon, raised at least $150,000 every year I served, with over 25% of our 4000+ person school participating. Our largest amount raised was over $240,000.
