Managed a team of trainers that developed and delivered classroom, field and online technical training of hardware and software systems. SaaS courses developed using typical classroom methodologies as well as Moodle, Captivate, Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite products. Developed train-the-trainer curriculum's for various business partners. Served as subject matter expert for other departments including support, operations and sales; including consulting on proofs of concept, special projects and managing trade shows.

Developed training classes to teach dealers the Life|ware solution as well as designed and built training hardware kits for hands on practical labs during class. Taught classes at the company headquarters and around the country. Assisted in design and implementation of trade show systems.

Installed and configured residential and light commercial control systems including Crestron, Elan and RTI. Performed installation and setup of controlled systems including lighting, HVAC, audio-video and security systems. Trained users on system procedures and level one service. Instructed new employees on all phases of system construction, including rough-in, trim, completion and all levels of documentation.

Responsible of all audio-video needs for a church of 6000 members including main services, conferences and special events. Developed and implemented a video based distance learning program for the Vineyard Leadership Institute which is headquartered at Vineyard Columbus. Designed, installed and performed level one service of audio and video production systems. Trained and deployed an all-volunteer management and technician staff of thirty.

Initial entry training as a light wheel vehicle mechanic, typical vehicles serviced: Humvees, 2 ½ and 5 ton trucks. Served in armored cavalry and mechanized infantry units that were full of heavy wheel vehicles, armored troop carriers, M1A1 Abrams tanks and other track vehicles, so cross trained for heavy wheel and track vehicle mechanic certifications.
