Lead Manager, Business Analytics & Insights
Current• Partner with hundreds of stakeholders across Asset Servicing, Client Service, and Operations to drive organizational change such as launching or refining services, improving client service with holistic analytics, and driving sales with targeted analytics• Collaborate with senior business leaders on cross-business initiatives to drive revenue through client repricing and fee-benchmarking, share-of-wallet analysis, product positioning, and value proposition development• Lead a global team in developing data-driven client management tools in PowerBI while emphasizing actionable next steps • Present insights on client behavior findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations for revenue generation, risk mitigation, and business optimization • Guide a team of data analysts, data scientists, and business managers in creating impactful, accurate, and explainable prediction and classification models using NLP, machine learning, and statistics• Mentor and advise new hires on successfully navigating proprietary tools and unique data sets and act as a business resource on data analysis best practices for partners across the organization • Organize, enrich, and audit disparate data sources from internal systems and external sources through data integration and manipulation using SSIS, SQL, and PowerQuery• Transition static reports to Tableau and PowerBI to optimize storytelling and sustainability with ETL jobs and integrated data• Support segment level client analysis across insurance, banking, investment management, alternatives, and asset owners
