Evan currently is the Owner/CEO of edaConsulting LLC, which specializes in Coaching/Consulting/Training/Business Development for retailers, brands, retail brokers and agency's. Prior to retiring in November 2013, Evan served as the Vice President of Marketing, Advertising, Loyalty and Research with The Kroger Company. In this role, Evan was responsible for all corporate marketing, advertising, loyalty and consumer research and was the key architect of a number of key growth initiatives including the company's fuel rewards, Gift Card Mall, Shopping Experience Reinvention which included a complete restructure of the "Go to Market"​ marketing/loyalty strategy.Evan was a key executive stakeholder in the creation and execution of Kroger's "Best Customer"​ segmentation business model which included the creation of dunnhumby-USA and Kroger's "Customer 1st"​ strategy.Evan also understands the need to manage expenses while growing sales. From 2004-2013, marketing/loyalty spend remained flat while Kroger added $50 billion more in sales.Evan is an accomplished speaker, presenter and influencer in the retail marketing space. With over 40 years of retail experience, Evan has a strong history of how to win in retail.
