In this role, Evan was responsible for all corporate marketing, advertising, loyalty and consumer research and was the key architect of a number of key growth initiatives including the company's fuel rewards, Gift Card Mall, Shopping Experience Reinvention which included a complete restructure of the "Go to Market"​ marketing/loyalty strategy.Evan was a key executive stakeholder in the creation and execution of Kroger's "Best Customer"​ segmentation business model which included the creation of dunnhumby-USA and Kroger's "Customer 1st"​ strategy.Evan also understands the need to manage expenses while growing sales.
