Current- Oversee daily operations across two major parks, Legoland New York and Lake Compounce, ensuring efficiency and excellence in guest experiences.- Directly training and collaborating with two (2) Managers, fostering professional development and ensuring alignment with operational goals and budgets.- Lead and manage diverse teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and high performance.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and drive revenue growth.- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.- Manage staffing processes, including hiring, onboarding, training for multiple parks in the area.- Drive guest engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and increase repeat play.- Oversee inventory management and budget control to meet and sustain financial goals.- Spearhead and execute projects to enhance operational efficiency, introducing new revenue-driving attractions.
