In my role, I develop and review syllabi and questions for the ACTION and ABCC competitions, and coordinate with event divisions on competition concepts and jury systems. I collaborate with case study partners, support mentoring efforts, and manage the opt-out platform. My work ensures smooth execution from question preparation to study case results, enhancing the overall participant experience.

As a member of the Data Center Division for the 3C 2024 event, responsible for administrative management starting from creating registration links, recapping registrant data, to providing certificates to participants and committee members. Focus on registration and administrative management to ensure the smooth running of the event.

AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) is an initiative program which provide youth development in a 3 moths program which consist of sessions for skill-development spaces. It provides youth the development to take further leadership roles and introduce us to the concept of leadership development
