In this role, I've undergone a transformation, blending my extensive construction experience with new skills, specifically in the development of web applications.In a nutshell, my current focus is:● Product Development (Full-Stack): I oversee the development of all aspects of the application, from backend architecture to frontend UX, crafting innovative products that seamlessly integrate my construction background with modern web application technologies.● Business Strategy: Crafting thoughtful business and sales strategies is a key aspect of my responsibilities, with the aim of creating a robust platform that not only meets people's needs but also ensures profitability.● Relationship Building: Nurturing connections is paramount. Currently working as Project Director, being responsible for several construction projects in Portugal and abroad. Liaising with clients, designers and our team in order to deliver amazing projects in a variety of fields, e.g. historical buildings fit-outs, hotels, offices, and bathroom pod fabrication.

● Coordinated site activities on the Metro Line 4 São Conrado Station, one among the new stations in Rio de Janeiro for the Olympics, a $2 billion project. ● Coordinated site activities on a 24-story commercial tower ($120 million) which was finished on schedule and cost without any significant accident.● Carried out several construction activities, such as RC frames, shallow and deep foundations, diaphragm walls, jet grout columns, drainage, groundworks, roadworks, metal structures, rail construction, unitized facade, utilities, waterproofing systems, elevators and finishing works.● Successfully carried out a relevant “cut and cover” project in the Metro Line 4, building three accesses to the underground station. A huge challenge for all participants, because of existent underground utilities and traffic changes in a highly populated area. ● Responsible for material orders, such as rebar and concrete. Ensuring minimal waste and keeping data for traceability. ● Coordinated several subcontractors, responsible for payment approval, progress and contract analysis.● Managed a team with 2 Engineers, 3 Technicians, 1 Foreman and 400+ workers.● Built a strong relationship with stakeholders, especially with our client and the community. ● Participated in the application of Lean processes on operational activities on site, which outcome was several tools and practices for productivity measurement. ● Oversaw all safety, quality, environmental and health policies, providing weekly training lectures to the whole workforce in partnership with the safety team.● Responsible for providing all relevant progress information for stakeholders during weekly meetings.

● Coordinated site activities on a retrofit project at the export terminal of the International Rio de Janeiro Airport.● Provided detailed weekly progress report for all stakeholders, including airport authorities.● Coordinated all subcontractors, responsible for payment approval and contract analysis.● Implemented all safety trainings to conduct construction activities on an International Airport.● Oversaw quality and safety policies on site, providing training lectures to all workforce. ● Responsible for material orders, such as rebar and concrete orders. Ensuring minimal waste and keeping data for traceability.

● Carried out several architectural quantity surveys and CAD drawings for civil works on a large data center facility project for PETROBRAS, one of the biggest oil companies in Brazil.● Supervised finishing works so as to ensure that all of them were following up-dated drawings.

● Carried out quantity surveys and CAD drawings for all civil activities in a port complex for THYSSENKRUPP’s steel mill.● Supervised a variety of services, such as pile driving, operational buildings, utilities, roadworks and more.● Oversaw all safety and quality standards on site, providing training lectures to employees.
