My experience at Miami University gave me the skills and knowledge to be a valuable asset to any marketing team. My course work gave me important foundational skills in marketing and marketing strategy, along with various digital marketing tactics, such as Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC), and content marketing. My senior capstone gave me experience, working with a team to plan, research, and execute a cohesive marketing strategy. this included customer and market research, a go-to market strategy, and tactics to enact our strategy. My internship and on-campus job taught me how to be an effective marketing team member and gave me real-world experience applying the knowledge I gained in the classroom. I was able to clearly and effectively communicate project goals and progress, while continuing to improve key metrics. My drive to be successful, my metric-driven mindset, and my love for learning differentiate me from my peers. These traits are what will allow me to continue to grow professionally and enhance any marketing team I am a part of.
