Collective Bargain Agreement Process - Leading the negotiation process that takes place between an employer and employees represented by union. - Leading the bargaining process, with discussion sections in order to try find a consensus to the issues that came from initial union demands as working conditions, employee safety, training, wages, benefits and others possible employees´ demands. Normally, after some discussion sections, an agreement is reached, resulting in a “collective bargaining agreement,” to be signed, and becomes the contract governing employment issues. Promotes and maintains a positive work environment by identifying and resolving issues; maintaining consistent application of policies and procedures; recommending improved workplace practices; managing staff.- Designing, planning, and implementing the organization's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures; ensuring policies are consistently applied as they relate to employee relations- Oversee and conduct timely investigations, audits, prepare documentation and make recommendations - Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment- Providing advice, counseling and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedure- Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws- Handling employee situations with a focus on conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.

- Driving the organization to " OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE"- Leading and implementing the "Plant Optimization" in the Focused Improvement (FI) Pillar - Driving FI Culture, applying "Lean and/or 6Sigma principles", identifying projects that will produce significant loss elimination, cost savings and coaching projects when needed- Using existing and proposing standards such as 5S, TPM, KAIZEN events, SMED, 6 Sigma, DMAIC, KANBAN, RAPID Events, BRIEF, etc to implement FI projects to reach the goal to get closer and closer to an "Operational Excellence"- Performing all aspects of FI projects implementation: aligned with global strategies deploy implementation, using existing and proposing models, methods, standards and training programs for applying FI Tools for process stability in the value streams of its own manufacturing facility- Leading and coordinating Lean and 6Sigma training. Arranging schedule to provide training as needed by plant or function. Assisting associates how to initiate project's translation across the plant.- Benchmarking new productivity tools from different industries. - Creating systems to improve quality and efficiency and reduce cost- Leading Visual Management activities (Andon, team leader performance boards…)- Managing 5S activities, organizing Gemba tours and leading idea generation system- Implementation of FI, Material and Energy cost down projects timely and effectively- Continuously eliminating "22 losses" through effective implementation of FI strategies- Ensuring FI mission, DMAIC methodology, "22 losses" and lean metrics to be absorbed by all associates- Using VSM effectively to identify current and future bottlenecks in the process- Engaging hourly associates for the involvement with FI projects - Calculating OEE for all of the process and taking actions to improve the performance according to OEE Plan
