With over 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, and innovation, I am the Chief Engineer and Product Innovation Lead at The AIRO Group, an aerospace company spanning urban air mobility, military training, UAS, and aerial robotics. Used statistical analysis of historical data to substantiate testing reduction, establish confidence intervals, process limits, etc.• Material Review Board Engineer responsible for generating predisposition, disposition, and closure for atypical and/or complex non-conformances occurring during bondment lay-up up to post autoclave cure, prior to release to assembly.• Coordinated with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing Floor resolution of non-conformity in a timely and quality fashion in accordance with customer drawings and specifications, industry standards and in-house MPP.• Engaged Production Test Laboratory to conduct tests and evaluations as necessary to resolve customer specific concerns, improve processes or substantiate disposition of non-conformity. Engaged external Test Houses for testing, such as SEM/EDX (Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) and accelerated Salt Exposure Testing.• Mounted micro graph specimen to analyze cured composite for voids, de-lamination, proper adhesive filleting, cracks, and foreign object debris. Analyzed data of destructively tested samples and visually inspect specimen.• Generated Engineering Change Requests, Engineering Change Plans, addressed concerns from various engineering groups and customers, and drove change to closure via Engineering Change Order factory wide.
