The project consisted mainly of planning, specification, development and implementation of three predictive statistical models that have been automated with the possibility of user maintenance, to act on the first notice of loss and further contacts from clients, focused on detection of claims with fraud potential, according to a probability scale.

Responsible for Claims Control area which performs fraud prevention and detection, self review tests and fraud red flags monitoring.Additionally, the area have the role of centralizing demands of Compliance and Corporate Governance, and provided updates of documentation and information relating to the internal controls environment of the Claims department for these areas and Internal Audit.

Responsible for projects of the Annual Audit Plan, worked with all departments, monitoring the implementation of management plans of corrective actions. Contributed to the work of the external auditors, obtaining and validating information and International Internal Audit, as a team member.

Technical and administrative head of Bauru and Presidente Prudente branches, I had under my management the office staff and the adjusters field work of both regions.

Responsible for the technical result of the Midwest region, I had under my responsibility internal and outsourced appraisers, body shops and service providers.
