I acted as a transformation agent for the Data and Observability platform, leading initiatives that fostered the creation of a data-driven and innovative culture. Under my leadership, we implemented GraphQL APIs that democratized access to data, enabling users to intuitively and efficiently query both aggregated and raw information.I am proud to mention that our approach to Observability was not only revolutionary but also recognized by Forrester as the only one to receive a top rating, establishing itself as a reference in the market. This achievement is a testament to our team's commitment to setting high standards in the industry.The API overhaul led to a new version of the Real-Time Metrics data analysis tool, showcasing a wide range of features, including customizable dashboards, positioning itself ahead of competitive solutions. Since its launch, Real-Time Metrics has generated significant value for Azion and its clients, exceeding market expectations.In 2024, due to the success of the Observability area, I was invited to lead the creation of a new product segment focused on Storage, including innovations such as Edge Storage, Edge SQL, and Edge KV. In this new challenge, I had the opportunity to oversee the entire development process, from conception to market launch.

The Observe stack is composed of products that allow users to consult the logs generated by the platform, in different ways, either through direct consultation of the raw log, sending to a third-party platform, or analysis through BI tools.
