Position: Logistics Coordinator Team: 17 collaborators • Coordination of supply chain of purchased items (17,100 thousand items: 7,800 local and 9,300 imported). • Development of supply models (pushed and pulled) to meet both the assembly of construction machinery and manufacture of chassis for intra-company export. • Valuation and monitoring of inventory values. • Implementation and maintenance of EDI with suppliers. • Management of supply windows. • Management of delivery accuracy. • Systems: S400 and SAP. Main projects implemented: • Group management to implement actions to increase inventory turnover. • Project to improve delivery accuracy of suppliers. • Project to reduce the firm period of purchased items. • Outsourcing project of parts. • Actions to reduce logistic costs of imported material.

Position: Logistics Analyst – Imported parts. Main activities : • Implementation of logistics routine parameters review and reduction of firm period with the objective of increasing the inventory turnover of imported parts. • Management of suppliers of purchased parts (Europe, Japan, USA). • Support purchasing area in managing the plan of localization items.

Management and control of financial data.

Manage implementation of new vehicles with suppliers of purchased parts. Focus on manufacturing – logistics and PCP – responsible for production mix, production volumes, forecast, supply models, firm period, transportation methods, systems, production line. • Develop actions as resident in critical suppliers that cause disturbances in assembly line and those that have capacity constraints. • Control of parts localization program and phase-in/phase-out definition.
