Responsible for material planning processes, in customer management with an average volume of R$ 72 mm/year and inventory management above R$ 22 mm/year, leading 4 people.Standardization of the area, through the elaboration of strategies, goals, indicators, definition of team objectives and development.Inventory projections for financial evaluation, turns and impacts on the Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Sales environment and freight absorption projections.Coordination of actions in order to mitigate the excess and obsolescence of materials.Analysis and validation of MRP according to the recommendation “push, pull, cancel and new buy”.Interface with the Logistic area to define strategies of shipments and Purchases to ensure the execution of orders and delivery on time and prepare a shortage list to critical items.Control of demand "horizon of 52 current weeks", evaluating increase and decrease of demand, generating variation to supporting decisions in planning of materials and load of demand to running the MRP.Elaboration of 'What if' scenarios in order to signal the impacts on the supply chain and inventory and new investment values for new demand.Analysis of availability of CTB material in order to consolidate the production/delivery plan and mitigate line stops.Management of ECO´s (Engineering Alteration) in the product structures, with Phase out and Phase in controls of a new product component “Bill of Material”.Main Achievements:•Inventory reduction by 34% in 2018, 28% in 2019 and 7% from 2020.•Inventory quality increase from 42% to 71% in 2018 and 85% in 2019.•Freight reduction generating savings of U$ 220m/year in 2017.•Cost reduction in the area by 25% to indirect labor, eliminating 100% of overtime, from the parameterization and consolidation of the APS-Kinaxis software.•Increase efficiency by 100% and accuracy of information, with application and adequacy of the APS Software, obtaining innovation in the area.
