- Preparing all for congress bookings.- Arrival preparation (property inventory, villa notes, welcome baskets, ensuring the properties are up to standard for the guests).- Guest relations (meet & greets, helping guests throughout their stay for any requests/complaints). - Organizing with the housekeepers all the housekeeping for the bookings.- Organizing all necessary maintenance at the properties.- Organizing the towels and linens for all of the bookings.- Organizing and purchasing all necessary products needed for the office and welcome baskets.- Preparing brochures.- Uploading properties onto the system.
