As a Business Banking Client Manager it is my responsibility to deliver the full capabilities of Bank of America to help my clients reach their goals. I manage a portfolio of business clients ranging from $500M to $15MM in annual revenues. My team and I strive to learn about each client's business, industry, goals and priorities. The more I learn about them, the better I can assist in 4 specific areas: Business financing: Advise on the optimal credit facility.Business cash management: Payables, receivables, information reporting, fraud protection, maximizing liquidity and merchant services.Employee services: With my teammates from business retirement and health savings, my team can take a closer look at these programs that may or may not be in place today.Individual needs: I understand how closely linked personal wealth is to business and I works closely with clients to ensure they are on track to protect and build their personal wealth. Home mortgage is another part of this equation.My ultimate commitment is to learn as much as I can about each client's business, identify any of their banking needs and offer solutions to address those needs.
