Eva's lighting soft sculptures combine classic craft techniques (embroidery, lace and Japanese shibori technique) with new technologies in an innovative way. Interactive lighting installations use various types of sensors and respond to the visitor — by projections, sounds, vibrations. All Eva’s interactive installations are programmed by Ota Herm.

Eva Necasova (behind the designity brand) is an active creator focusing on various fields from designing lighting objects to developing video games, lettering comics, illustration, photography and defining the visual identity of a brand (also creating websites or printed materials).Her passion is in connecting textile crafts (shibori, soft sculpting) with technologies (lightning, 3D printing, Micro:bit…). She runs her own brand of jewelry, which she designs and manufactures herself. She regularly works with kids in elementary school — her field is technology.

Lettering is a complex work with typography in graphic novels and comics. It consists of digitizing handwritten fonts, redrawing interjections in pictures and typing text into bubbles. Eva has been cooperating with Czech publishers Paseka and Labyrint for more than 10 years. In addition to lettering, she also takes care of book prepress and graphic adaptation of covers.

Eva on all the major projects of the studio including Attentat 1942 and Svoboda 1945: Liberation. She was also resposible for graphical design of educational games Digistories: Nela about cyberbullying and the game Train to Sachsenhausen, about the Czech student deportations to concentration camps.

Eva regularly spends her Fridays at ZŠ Vitae to explore technologies with kids. She is in love with — Minecraft (commands, command blocks, Redstone), robotics (Micro:bit, Ozobot, Otto robot), 3D printing and scanning, 3D modeling, AI,... etc. She also runs summer camps (Minecraft, AI, robotics, Hello Ruby), on which she cooperates with nvias.

The European Cyber Security Challenge is a key activity of the European Union Agency for Cyber Security (ENISA). It aims to support cyber security talent across Europe and harness their potential in public organisations, private companies and science and research.

KomiksFEST! was an international multimedia festival established in 2006 with the aim of bringing comics to the Czech Republic from the underground and establishing it as a full-fledged modern medium capable of carrying any content.
