Used Abaqus, Siemens NX, and Femap for FEA impact analysis.Created a Python model to predict the physical behavior of the shock test apparatus streamlining design process, ensuring test accuracy, and aiding in the identification of budget requirements. Designed and machined a variety of aluminum and steel parts used for payload transportation. Used a lathe and CNC machine for part manufacturing, and Siemens NX for CAD design.
