Nobina is the largest bus company in Sweden serving public as well as private transportation in all major cities and municipalities. Major focus in this job was to work with leadership development, driving change from an authoritative leadership style to a more modern and democratic style. The company served the public sector and that meant involvement in negotiating collective agreements, dealings with health and security legislation and compliance issues as well as general HR management including recruitment, development and retention, comp and ben, disciplinary issues etcetera. Major accomplishment was implementation of a modern recruitment system, equal opportunities projects, leadership development program and a new way of delivering training for bus drivers.
