As EVP and GM of HOLA Recordings, I supervised a staff of 10, developed budgets, promotional and marketing programs for the HOLA roster of artists. During my stint at HOLA the company saw its first Gold record with Voices of Theory and was instrumental in the brand development of the HOLA brand as the premiere latin music company in the US
