As a Sports Science and Analytics Intern at the University of Delaware, I apply my passion and knowledge of sports management and analytics to support the research and development of innovative solutions for the athletic department. In addition, I have been working as an Assistant Swim Coach at Blue Hen Aquatics for over a year, where I help design and implement training programs, provide feedback and guidance to swimmers, and coordinate with other coaches and parents. I also leverage my strategy and time management skills to balance my academic and athletic commitments, as I am a member of the UD Swim and Dive team. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and communication in achieving personal and organizational goals.
