My internship with the Lync (now Skype for Business) Media Reliability team was dedicated to ensuring that voice and video calls run smoothly every time.I shipped a Windows 8 app that allowed users to check the expected quality of a phone call before placing that call - for instance, when someone has spotty WiFi in a hotel and isn't sure if they need to go.
