Evangelia’s hard-working nature was evident, often going above and beyond to ensure that the project was on track.

 Beyond individual effort, she also showed tremendous team spirit. She communicated proactively and clearly to ensure that everyone was on the same page and working cohesively. She was always willing to help out wherever needed, and was also comfortable asking for help herself. 

On the technical side, I was impressed with Evangelia’s learning rate in both back-end and front-end development. Within a few weeks she became proficient in Typescript, creating an impressive interactive web application using NodeJS and React. Moreover, her Data Science expertise and proficiency in Python greatly contributed to the team's initial data analysis and feature engineering. In conclusion, Evangelia’s combined skills of leadership, collaboration, and technical talent make her an invaluable asset to any team.
