As an appointment Setter, I have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people. Providing all of the kinds of vaccines for them to see what vaccine they haven't taken yet and what they need to take. I also like teaching people about their vaccine schedules and how it is important to stay up to date on their shots.

As a Customer sales and service representative, I help customers with complaints and questions, answer questions about products and services, billing, take orders, and process returns. Helping my customers understand our product and answering their questions about their purchase can sometimes be seen as selling.
