- Responsible in processing Goods receiving for the newly arrived parts in AMOS.- Responsible in monitoring of safety equipment Materials of Inflight & Flight Deck Crew used in their training.- Responsible in the disposal of scrap aircraft parts generated from the operations and coordinate with Facilities & Admin for the approved buyer and as well as with the DENR accredited facility for the hazardous waste.- Responsible in the monitoring of calibration of Thermohygrometer, Wrist strap tester, vapour thermometer and other tools that needs immediate recertification.- Responsible in transmitting Aircraft Released Certificate to Technical Records.- Monitors KPI of Receiving & Issuance.- Responsible in processing GR requested by Payments Team.- Responsible in procurement of materials needed by Stores.- Responsible in the release of Serviceable aircraft parts sold to approve buyer.- Responsible in preparing Discrepancy Report for the new inspected parts that was put in quarantine.

- Responsible in validating the accuracy of Fuel Receipts submitted by First Officer from their flight.- Coordinates with Fuel Mgt. & Treasury Bills for missing Fuel Receipts.- Submits Monthly ITP (In To Plane) per supplier to Fuel Mgt. & Treasury Bills- Submits monthly missing receipts & with discrepancy to Accounting, Fuel Mgt. & Treasury Bills- Submits Monthly Eco Tanking report to Fuel Mgt.- Maintains Fuel Monitoring database & reports for future reference

- Responsible in accepting newly received and repaired aircraft parts, and shipping out of repairable parts to repair stations (Local & Foreign)- Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Control Inspector, Material Planners and Purchasers re-issuance of Discrepancy Notice Report (DNR) on newly received/purchased parts- Monitoring & safekeeping of parts for quarantine with discrepancy, hold and repairable items- Responsible for the packaging and monitoring of parts sent for repair- Responsible in issuance of aircraft parts and tools to GSE and A+ maintenance Personnel- Proper updating of issued and turned-in parts to the system- Posting of WR (Warehouse Receipt) requested by Payments/Planning and Purchasing- Responsible in monitoring & safekeeping of all retired DC9 & sub-lease B757 spares due for turn-over/for sale - Responsible in Disposal of scrapped and BER items received.

- Responsible in monitoring of parts shipped to repair station (Foreign & Local)- Maintains excel copy of all transactions at Technical Supply- Provide monthly report of all transaction at Technical Supply directly to VP-Corporate Logistics and to all other concern- Maintains all copies of forms, records and documents received, used, referred to and generated by Technical Supply
